Carrlos Code Mentorship

Mentorship is in the form of both ongoing mentorship groups and structured 1:1 programs where youth (ages 10–18) discuss life skills, conflict resolution, leadership development, and emotional intelligence.

Mentors guide participants through The Carrlos Code principles of respect, accountability, and peace, culminating in a “Code Graduation” that celebrates their growth and commitment. Interested in becoming a mentor and making a difference? Reach out to info@Carrloscode.org.
Youth Leadership Cohorts

A structured program equips young people to grow as leaders and to raise their voices and advocate for positive change in their schools and communities.

Through our workshops and camps (in partnership with "Adventure Point") in leadership, collaboration, public speaking, and civic engagement, participants gain the confidence and tools to become peace ambassadors, peer leaders, and advocates for safer, stronger neighborhoods... All while having fun and growing as a team!
Conflict Resolution & Healing Support

Learning to channel anxiety and manage conflict in a healthy way is a significant part of both the leadership course and the mentorship.

We will soon be creating safe, trauma-informed spaces for youth impacted by violence, grief, or loss to process their experiences and begin healing with the support of trained counselors and social workers. Our goal is to help young people replace cycles of violence with resilience, hope, and healthy coping skills.
Community Outreach & Scholarship Fund

Builds bridges between youth, families, and the broader community through collaborative awareness events, back-to-school drives, toy drives, and neighborhood-based outreach events.

Partners with the 4EVRLOS Foundation to eventually provide scholarships for youth who complete programs, demonstrate resilience, and commit to living by The Carrlos Code.
Our Mission
Our mission is to prevent youth gun violence by empowering young people to lead lives rooted in respect, accountability, and peace. Inspired by the legacy of Carrlos Piggee, we mentor and equip youth with life skills, leadership tools, and purpose-driven values to become positive change-makers in their communities.
